This course takes place on Sunday April 12th 2026 from 3-4pm

East Bay SPCA: 8323 Baldwin St., Oakland, CA

What:

This is an in person presentation all about the benefits of walking your dog on a longer leash. You will learn proper handling, why this is enriching, and some fun new cues to try with your dog!

cost:

This workshop is $30. There will also be a specialized discount code to purchase your own High Tail Hikes long line before the class begins!

Payment is required before the class begins and refunds are not available for missing the class.

logistics:

This is a class for humans only, no dogs! We will be meeting in the indoor classroom at East Bay SPCA.

Long Lines will be provided by High Tail Hikes to practice handling with.

While not required, masks are encouraged.
